Stroke Care

Stroke is caused by the poor blood flow to the brain which causes cell death. There are three types of strokes

  • Ischemic Stroke
  • Hemorrhagic stroke
  • Transient ischemic Attack
  • A condition where the vessels of the brain are narrowed or blocked, leading to poor blood supply, which results in cell death or tissue death.
  • Ischemic stroke is caused due to lack of blood supply.
  • Hemorrhagic stroke is due to bleeding in the brain causing inability to move (one side) dizziness, difficulty in speaking, decreased movement, and vision.
  • Can be cured by administering blood thinners, thrombocyte done, control BP, surgery to remove clot.
